My 3 month old dell inspiron 580 Windows 7 Ultimate shuts down unexpectedly when i put it to sleep. The next day it'll wake up and say it crashed and then i have a minidump but i don't know what to do with it, and when it is supposed to search online for a solution it doesn't do anything. It says BCCode: 9F and then i have more details too if it helps. Has anyone came across this or know what to do with a minidump to find a solution? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi please do this:

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Since this is desktop, I'd disable all power saving features.
You don't benefit from them and they often mean troubles.

On the other hand, since the desktop is only 3 months old, I'd call Dell too.
