I just bought two PNY 2 gb mods I installed them but my Nvida SLi 950i only reconizes one of them I had this system for a year and a half and never had cards in these slots. Now my system blue screens after a certian amount of time. Called Cyberpower and it took them forever not to answer sent PNY emails no answer. This has been going on for a week I want to keep these cards but I think I should return them before I can't. I also installed Win 7 64 bit so I am lost on where to start.

Did you remove the old memory...before installing the new?

Have you tried just the new RAM, without your old RAM?

Motherboard manufacturer and model?

Did you buy the appropriate RAM modules for your board?

Download and run Memtest86+ for a couple hours. It's free.
