Wi fi connection problems

Recently moved to a new place where my house mate has broadband and wifi.

I cannot connect- even with the WEP key.

Any advice would be welcome.

I've been through the "add a new computer" wizards- no luck.

I have windows xp and she has vista......

We need more as what your computers manufacturer is and also is the wifi card internal or external on the computer? :huh:
