I'm not sure whether the two problems are related.
1st problem: when I close a Word document, the file closes but Word processing doesn't and I have to open the task manager to close word down properly.
2nd problem: some documents are saving automatically in Read Only format and I cannot see where I am able to change them back. Under file properties, Attributes, read-only is not selected, neither is it protected under protect Document. The only way I have gotten around this at the moment is to open a blank document and copy and paste the word document contents into a new document and save it that way.
