The instruction at "0x0a090068" referenced memory at "0x0a090068" The memory could not be written.

I am still having issues with Adobe. I have webinars that I am missing due to my computer not recognizing that we have downloaded the most recent version of Adobe.
When I try to run the webinar I get the error message...

Hello we need to know your operating system,Browser and the version of Adobe and Flash Player.
Have you run a malware scan?
Have you tried to Un and RE installthem?
