I've been having a problem with viewing checkout pages on all shopping sites (small and major).

Zappos.com, for example, when I press the checkout button it displays "this page cannot be displayed..."

I haven't really tried to fix the problem by myself because I have no idea where to start.

Thanks for the help.

Hello, and welcome to Bleeping Computer. It would be helpful to have more information to further understand and help diagnose your problem. What OS are you using? What browser? Any pop up blockers? Any firewalls? What security level you have your browser set to? All those things can and will affect your ability to render your malfunctioning page/s. I may have left needed information off the list but those items are the basics. Someone else may ask for additional things as well.
