No Internet Access

Able to log in a wireless router and ping successfully. But, can not access internet through explorer. Should I just do a system restore?

Before you do a system restore, please make it easier for us to help you with your problem by providing more information for us to work with.

Provide information about your computer and the operating system you are presently using.

Provide information about your router's make and model number.

Providing that information will assure a better answer from those who want to assist you better. :thumbsup:
