I am running a Windows 7 x64 operating system and a problem just started up a few days ago with being redirected in my Google searches on Firefox. I have Kaspersky Internet Security on and current and have tried using Spotmau to clean up my Internet privacy as well as using Firefox's Tools - Options - Privacy - "clear your recent history" to try to correct this issue.Sometimes it seems to work but the redirect keeps coming back. I have also done a deep search and clean with Kaspersky and there were a few malware programs identified and supposedly removed. If I copy and paste an address into my Firefox address bar, I am able to go to the site that I want. In browsing this issue, I came across a recommendation to try using ComboFix but only after hooking up to your forum for guidance. I have read the "How to Use ComboFix" and understand that it is best used with the direction of a helper so I am hoping that someone may be able to help me get rid of this annoying redirect issue. Thanks in advance!.
