Ok, i'll start from the beginning. Few months ago I was running a full scan with Avira when it kept coming up with the same rootkit trojan. After a few days of it, it finally stopped and I thought i finally got rid of it.
However, the next day, when i tried to log into my PC, it was stuck in this continous reboot loop. Went into Safemode and configured it to a point where it was still infected, but was better (or in other words, would let me log in and not reboot continously).

Since then my mouse is being played with (randomly darts across the screen), my computer is SLOW and neither Avira or Malwarebytes can find the source of the problem. I know the rootkit is still there because I never removed it properly but I don't know where it is and how to get rid of it.

I've tried:
Avira Rescue CD = Didn't find any detections but over 70 'warnings' which I couldn't do anything about
Avira AntiRootkit Tool = Wouldn't start. Kept popping up the same message: 'The integrity check of one component cannot be checked. The application will exit.'
System Restore = Cancelled when someone told me that the rootkit would just follow me unless I got rid of it properly
Safemode scan = Didn't find anything
Uninstalling Avira and installing Avast = Couldn't scan with Avast (was disabled or something preventing me from using it). Reinstalled Avira now.

What do I do?

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
