I got the antivirus soft spoof a few days ago. I used malwarebytes to remove it but I still seem to be infected. I am now getting a Windows 7 Piracy notice. I can't do anything other than click "yes" to activate or "no" to do it later. If I click "no", the computer immediately shuts down. If I click yes, I'm sent to another screen to enter my credit card and ATM pin number. I can't imagine microsoft asking for my pin number so I have to believe this is some kind of trojan or spoof. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to remove it. AVG and malwarebytes can't find it. My Win 7 is 100% legit and has worked fine until I got infected.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

We're going to need a more indepth look at your system than we can do in the Am I Infected forum. Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
