Hi guys!

I live in Iceland at the moment and every single connection available has a download limit, u can choose from 1gb to 120gb month.
Is it possible to go around this? Change IP or something? Any program i can use?

Nope. This is controlled by your ISP, so there's nothing (legal) that you can do, other than perhaps getting multiple net connections.

On an extended break.
