I am trying to run a software called ROES from bay photo.com. A few months ago I was able to run the full version of ROES software just fine. Now I keep getting this message could not create the java virtual machine. The company bay photo said it is something going on with my laptop and it's wasn't on their end. I can run the full version of ROES on my desktop just fine. Does ANYONE have any ideal what is gong on?

Hi, and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Have you checked that you have the latest version of Java installed? I think it is 6 Update 20 at the moment. It is important that this is kept up to date. The newer versions will overwrite older ones but you can check in ADD/REMOVE to see if there are any to uninstall.
