Hi there,
i had this problem.... and tried everything.
Then i came across this......
For Windows 2000/XP: Login as Administrator or an account with Admin Privileges

1. Click [Start] [Run] type: (Press Enter after each command)

regsvr32 /i urlmon
regsvr32 /i shdocvw
regsvr32 /i mshtml
regsvr32 /i Shell32 [For Windows XP]
regsvr32 oleaut32
regsvr32 actxprxy
regsvr32 jscript
regsvr32 vbscript

2. Restart Windows
3. Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Programs. Choose Reset Web Settings
It was the only thing that worked for me.... hope it works for you.

When I'm right, I'm right....
And when I'm wrong, I could have been right....
So I'm still right, cause I could have been wrong.
