Hi jimmyrig and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer!

I need to see a couple of different scans to be sure we get everything!

First, restart in Safe Mode and generate a HijackThis Startup list log!

Hijackthis StartUp Log:
Open HijackThis,Select Config(Bottom Right)>>>Select Misc Tools>>> Select Generate StartUpList log and make sure that both Boxes beside it are checked:

Put a check by:
List all minor sections(Full)
and
List Empty Sections(Complete)

It will produce a NotePad Page,I need you to post the entire contents of that page to the next post!

Restart back in Normal Mode and Please download Rootkit Revealer (link is at the very bottom of the page)
  • Unzip it to your desktop.
  • Open the rootkitrevealer folder and double-click rootkitrevealer.exe
  • Click the Scan button (bottom right)
  • It may take a while to scan (don't do anything while it's running)
  • When it's done, go up to File > Save. Choose to save it to your desktop.
  • Open rootkitrevealer.txt on your desktop and copy the entire contents and paste them here
Post back with the logs from RootKit Revealer-> HijackThis Startup list log and a normal HijackThis log!
