We understand your stress when things don't work as expected.

What we need from you now is a complete rundown on your system so we know what we are helping you with.

Such as computer make, model number, CPU, RAM and what USB tester card brand name you are using, along with its model number.

Operating system and version # you have installed on the hard drive Etc.

Thanks in Advance.

Can you please tell me what series your computer is? It should be a one letter prefix or a two letter prefix.

Thanks in advance.
