Hello all,

Just wanting to introduce myself to the site and the forums. My name is Lurch, or Lurchifer if you prefer. Ive just within the past 2 years began to delve into computers pretty deeply, and its in part to being a musician of 15 years. I love electronics, computers, gadgets and gizmos! Although Im still learning quite a bit, Ive been told by a few reputable people in the computer field in my town that Im well ahead of where I should be for not having any formal schooling in computers or electronics.

Musician of 15 years playing drums mainly, then branching off to DJing and turntablism, bass guitar, keyboards, just about any percussive instrument imaginable, and track production. Thats part of what got me into computers more, recording and producing. Plus with the use of VSTs, DAWs, and MIDI, you can do pretty much anything with a computer and the right hardware.

Ill keep this intro short and sweet. If youd like to know more about me, feel free to contact me. Thanks!
