download problems

A new problem... when I download a program, it cancels and there is no info. It asks me to retry. When I do, there is information, yet when I go to the open containing folder, there is no info in the program. What is up?

Have you fixed the problem described here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/316504/spyware-doctor-caused-more-problems/ or are these two separate computers?

What browser are you using?

And what program are you trying to download? Can you download Malwarebytes'?
