overclocking cpu

i am running an 800mhz amd cpu , with windows me. can anyone tell me how to overclock it ( speed it up ) thanks

Beginners Guide

AMD Overclocking

AMD 2002 guide

If you overclock you may get system instability/overheating etc.... do this with caution.

Before you start make sure you know how to clear your cmos on your board. If you bought your PC from a PC manufacturer I don't think you'll be able to do it, as they lock the cpu speed.
