Hey guys I'm from Italy and i need your help.
While i was on the phone with my girlfriend she was surfing through some lyrics sites, and i suppose she clicked on some of the links.
After a while she calls me back telling me that she got this:

I told her to do a virus scan with avast, but since it's very late she did the fast one, and she'll be doing the scan upon turning on the computer tomorrow.
Do any of you know how to remove this? Is it something that we can solve without any data loss?
In a couple of words, do we have to worry??
