i noticied that my toolbar on the desktop has changed to the old square (windows 98 look...) tool bar and not the vista toolbar if that makes sense, but I have tried to change it back but its not in the options and i feel like im missing more than i have, please advise

Have you tried simply rebooting?

yes ive tried rebooting and there isnt any other themes showing other than my current theme, windows classic, and browse. ive trried browsing nothing comes up

i tried to but it would not let me do a restore i.m at a loss
