Hi there,

I have a few problems with my computer:'

1) Whenever I try to look up something from any search engine (google, safari, bing...etc), I always got redirected to something else, totally irrelevant webpages, I normally have to go back and re-click the same link before getting to the correct sites. Although I can still get around and reach the actual site as I wanted, it is the most annoying way to go forward and backward to look up something.

2) Another problem with my Windows auto update. It is unable to install Security Update for Windows XP (KB979683) (Update 1 of 1) to my computer.

3) I also have problem with my hotmail account, whenever I try to check my e-mails there, it continuously closes and reopens, a message "this tub has been recovered (A problem of this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab)" appears a few times following the closes and reopens action, as if it was struggle to stay on the webpage, then it all stops and says "Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem."

I would appreciate it if you could help me for the above.

Best regards
