Right now, Avira AntiVir has started to pop up warnings of infections. This is how it is saved in "Events":

Virus or unwanted program 'TR/PatchLoad.393839.1 [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\athihvs.dll.
Action performed: Delete file

As you can see, I chose to delete the file. I have done so every single time (5 times so far). Yet it keeps coming back. Not very intensely, but with some time in-between. I tried to google for it to see what it was, but I didn't find very much, mainly people who also had it. Avira had no entry on it either.

I haven't really done anything special, not been visiting any unsafe sites or anything like that. When it happened, I was just using the Internet (via Mozilla Firefox) in ordinary fashion. So I'm really surprised this has come.

My OS is Windows Vista 32 bit.

So uhh, what should I do? What kind of malware is this?
