I am using windows xp and these days it cost a long time to load the windows. Every time I start my computer. About 4 minutes. I didn't install any software except Joyfax Server on my computer these days. However, Joyfax Server works OK, and I am sure it doesn't have a virus.
Can any one help??

Hi -

First can you list any Antivirus or Antimalware programs installed - With Joyfax installed you should also have these programs installed -
Is there any other usage from other programs or is this just used for a company computer with no other use -
Also please list RAM and Make / Model of computer -

Thank You -

A simple test...uninstall the program mentioned...and see how the system boots.

In that case...why do you think it loads more slowly than previously?

System manufacturer and model?

Keep the Joyfax Server program uninstalled for the time being.

What firewall and AV are installed?

Have you taken a look at your startup items?

Download and install AutoRuns for Windows - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx.

Click on the Logon tab of Autoruns...take a screenshot of it and post it as an attachment on your next post.

First of all tell us what all you have running, as 1 gig of RAM is not adequate for a PC running a lot of programs. Default install of XP uses at most 260Megs of RAM.
