Am I infected? What do I do?

Lime wire was loaded on my computer and now i can't play CD or DVDs with windows media player,real player,nero, any video clips or music i have on my computer will not work It tells me to go to click on web help (no help at all) and the speakers will not work. At first my Internet explorer would not work but now it is. Videos on u-tube etc seem to play frame by frame with no sound Some of the messages i receive are System Restore does not appear to be functioning correctly,Windows media center displays AN UNKNOWN AUDIO ERROR HAS OCCURRED if i try to uninstall a program i get THE WINDOWS INSTALLER SERVICE COULD NOT BE ACCESSED if i try to do a windows update it can not go on to windows update. My H.P printer will print but will not scan into my computer Most of my other programs seem to be working.To get my internet explorer working combo fix was installed on my computer and run it seem to fix that part .I am also using MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE and AVG8.5 free :thumbsup:
