Unknown Startup - Virus?

I recently noticed Zonealarm notifying a malicious .exe was triggered at Startup, and should be killed. The file is Reboot.exe, and it's located in %userprofile%\Start Menu\Startup. I reformatted this computer literally 3 days ago. I only downloaded software from websites I trust, and Sandbox the rest. The Virustotal results are here:

Can someone help me reach a conclusion? Thanks.
