Reoccuring E-mail Hijack/Virus problem, Advice Needed

I received a notice from my service provider that someone or something on my line has been sending multiple spam e-mails.

I've run Malware Bytes, Housecall, Ad-aware and AVG and even got the computers professionally cleaned but the problem keeps coming up. What can I do to stop this once and for all?
