Hi Grinler!!

Yes it is a great show. I do not have time usually to watch TV. I work 3 jobs. But, I have taken the time to stay up and watch this one with my wife. It's the only show I watch besides a quick fix of Sportscenter or the news. I missed last season and my wife wants me to rent the videos. This is a catchy show and well done. We really enjoy it. I don't have enough insight yet to guess about it, but, thought I would reply to agree with you that it is great!

I would definitely recommend the last season. There are so many subtle hints about how everything fits together the more you watch it

Great topic Grinler!
I've been watching since the first episode, and I do have a theory.

I think the Island was used as a military or terrorist labratory where they expiremented with maybe chemicals or some type of cross breading and was abandoned or everyone died. The underground structure that Kate and Loc went into has old computers and servailence equipment inside and that is the impression I got when they first went down there. Plus the polar bear definitely doesn't belong there and I'm not sure that the boar hog that they killed and ate last season was native of the Island because they have not encountered any others, one boar on the whole Island seems odd to me. So maybe it was a lab animal also that escaped or was set free. The lady that has been on the Island for 16 years kept talking about "the others", I think "the others" are merely pirates and have no real bearing on what is going on with the oddities of the Island. The rest I'm not too sure of....yet!
