Hi all.

I have a problem with the SnagIt! (screenshot capture) default output file type.

The default is fixed at PDF-Adobe, which is no good to me.

I need it to be jpeg or similar.

Each time I make a capture, I have to scroll down the menu to chose jpeg file type.

How do I set jpeg to be the default file type?

Thanks for any help.

Right click SnagIt taskbar icon, go Output>Properties and change default.

You're a GENIUS, Broni! (Sounds better than saying I'm dumb... )

I tried off and on for three days to find the solution to this... including right-clicking the taskbar icon. I already had OUTPUT set at 'File', and so never highlighted OUTPUT to see the dropdown menu.

Thanks again.
