I am using Windows Vista on my dell 1525 laptop.
I had to put all my pictures on my usb flash drive and now it is saying that I need to format it.
This happened in the beginning and I took it to get fixed and the pictures were fine but this time I don't have money to go get it fixed again.
I don't know if this is some sort of virus, but is there anything I can do to save the pictures without formating and deleting them all?

Hi, this was an issue at our work a while a go where certain usb drives and Dell PCs with Vista would have issues. What I would do is see if you can open the usb drive in XP (maybe on a friends PC) and burn the files to disk as there is no real fix for this.
