Firstlye, thanks to developers for ComboFix. Really useful.

A suggestion: Unfortunately, ComboFix cannot run in Windows server 2003. Because P.bat and P.cmd control OS version:
VER >OsVer
GREP -F "5.1.2" OsVer >XP.mac
Windows server 2003 version is 5.2.3790. If possible, could you add minor change?
Only change: GREP -F "5.2"

I'm not developing Combofix, but I think its not that simple.

There is a reason Combofix cannot be run on a Server 2003 computer; if you could get it somehow to run, I wouldn't be surprised it would delete most of the system files, due to the fact that it is not designed for that OS.

regards, Elise
