Hi everyone. I've been a long-time visitor to this site. I use BC as my first stop when researching malware. I love this site. In any case, I feel like a moron posting this, but I figured it can't hurt to make a brief introduction.

I'm an IT Manager for a mid-sized industrial manufacturer in Jamestown, ND. I'm the entire IT department, and I've been at this job since November of 2001. I absolutely love what I do, and the environment I'm in, but I often feel disconnected, because there aren't many other IT people in Jamestown. What's worse, I used to belong to Tek-Tips, but like so many other people, my account got horked, and now I've lost that resource. I'm hoping BleepingComputer, and other sites like it, will help fill the gap.

I know a lot about computer, networking, and architecture, but not a whole lot about malware. And that's about it.

Checkers!
