My Win98 system's mother bd. crashed. I installed the HD from that system into a machine running XP Home. I can access all the data from the drive, but the system does not recognize the CD rom. When I change the boot sequence to boot from the new HD, Win98 asks to insert the Win98 CD to install drivers & files for the software found, which I have. Being that the system does not see a CD drive, I can't do this. Even if I could configure the system to recognize the CD, is it possible to boot into Win98 on an XP machine? [FONT=Arial]
