FilterWP - Anyone know what this is?

I run Firefox with a bunch of add-ins. One of the add-ins is Yoono, which may be the source of this service. Whenever I shut down my PC, I get a message telling me that FilterWP.exe won't close and asking if I want to end it now.

Does anyone know what this executable is and does and whether nuking it (actually, putting it on Manual start) will affect anything else?

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:
