Bought a DV7 series laptop at costco, not sure of the model #, I can look when I get home...

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with HP, 3 depts, all in India, no help.

Thank you Jack Welch of GE...

Anyway, can it be done? anybody know? Can I add some part to it so I can then play blu rays?

you should be able to add mobile blue ray drive to it.
post the model when you get a chance and we will see if we can help you find an rpl drive.
