1st: Thanks in advance for any help you choose to give!

I think I have a virus messing with my system. I know a few months back I have the virus that redirected firefox, supposedly cleaned it, and now have a new firefox quirk. It wont let me log into certain sites, or access certain drop down menus with other sites. Cannot do a system restore at all from any point in time.

Where do I need to begin?

I have hijack this, AVG, and running zonealarm.

Thanks again,
