Bad Virus on another computer...

When opening programs it asks me to open the program with another program I then have to browse the file then open it like that or I right click it and run as admin sometimes when I do that it says runtime error 481, something like that.

Also the computer is very slow some websites I look for in google i click the website and it directs me to www.google.co.uk

I've scanned with Malwarebytes, S&D. Says it fixed but hasn't.

Malwarebytes found 159 viruses this morning and S&D found about 8. Later on today 26 was found in Malwarebytes and 4 in S&D.

What do i do?
