Good Morning,

I have a user's computer that has been "under attack" for a couple of months now. It originally started with an accidental download of Antivirus Soft which we believed was successfully removed by using Malwarebytes, CCleaner and HiJackThis. However, the user's Google links are redirecting to ad sites and several websites that the user goes to a phishing page pops up requesting, account numbers, PIN number and password information. Now when we run Malwarebytes, the scans show zero infections found. I believe the Hijack this log is entirely too short to be valid and nothing we install seems to be able to locate the problem on this computer. We run Symantec Anti-Virus on all of the office computers and it has yet to locate any suspicious files. We currently have the user set up on a spare computer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated so we can get this user back up and running.

Thank you!
