Security Essential 2010 infected my system and I followed the instructions at www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus.../remove-security-essentials-2010 to the T. I downloaded Malwarebytes' EXE and ran it. Everything worked perfectly it detected 31 problems and i hit delete. It then said most had been deleted and to restart the system to finish the process. I clicked ok and while trying to load Windows XP an error message poped up saying "error loading operating system". I tried to restart in safe mode but doesn't seem to have the option. I don't have the windows xp discs anymore to reinstall or a spare hard drive. My guess is that I need to get both. I just wanna know why this happened and if i can recover my HD and/or my files......Please help
