A prompt says: ''Error communicating with kernel"

Yesterday, I've been experiencing this, then I installed malwarebytes, combofic, etc.. but these programs don't run on my pc.. so I started with safe mode, and it also doesnt work.. until I got to the point that I had to reformat my pc  Now after the reformat, the same thing happens.. I STILL can't access sites like this website on my pc and malwarebytes exits itself after a couple of seconds, and yeah, the ESET problem. Oh and, after startup, mouse is deactivated then msnmessenger and/or yahoomessenger, has acted like I press Enter, but I didn't After a few seconds, mouse can be moved again. These has all happened before and after the reformat.
I really hope I could find some help here. Thanks.
