This is somewhat a basic question, but when I am installing drivers via a Dell Driver CD and there is a list of drivers under one category (in this instance, it is the Dell Wireless Card), do I need to install all the drivers?

For instance, under the "Network Drivers" category, there is the following list of "detected devices"

- Dell Wireless 1397, 1510 Half MiniCard Rev: A25-1
- Dell Wireless 1397, 1510 Half MiniCard Rev: A22
- Dell Wireless WLAN 1397 Half MiniCard (4312bg) Rev: A25-1
- Dell Wireless WLAN 1397 Half MiniCard (4312bg) Rev: A22

Do I need to install different revisions, or just one from each description?

openn the back and look at the part number on the card in the halfmini pci slot. It will have a black and a white wire going to it.

put the part number in google and it should say which card it is.

halfmini pci is an odd little slot that Dell uses differently from other computer makers. There is just not much documentation for devices used in this format.

btw this slot is used to hold the SSD drive card on Dell mini 9.

Check Device Manager to see what drivers are missing.
