I recently got a virus on my computer and now I cannot log onto one of the accounts on my computer. Once I log on to the account my window turns gray and something pops up saying that I illegal copyright contents on my computer. I tried to log on in safe mode, but the same thing happened. I also think the account that I am logged onto right now is infected. Every time I try to run a program, an error comes up saying "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel. I don't know what to do. Please help
