I am hoping someone might be able to enlighten me.
On trying to open MYOB this morning i got this message "The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system 32\MFC42.DLL is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette"

What does that mean and what do you suggest I do?

IME (which is limited), those error messages indicating "bad image" often result from malware. I am going to move your thread to the Am I Infected forum, where BC personnel can provide assistance concerning that possibility.
