Hello,

Go to start > control panel > software > add/remove programs and uninstall next if present:

WinTools
Websearch Toolbar
Web_Rebates
Topsearch
QuickSearch
New.Net Domains

REBOOT afterwards!!

Then..

Download the latest version of Ad-Aware:
http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/

After installing AAW, and before running the program.
Please be sure to update the reference file following the instructions here:
http://www.lavahelp.net/howto/updref/

Reconfigure Ad-Aware for Full Scan:

Launch the program, and click on the Gear at the top of the start screen.

Click the 'Scanning' button.
Under Drives, Folders and Files, select 'Scan within Archives'.
Click 'Click here to select Drives + folders' and select your installed hard drives.

Under Memory & Registry, select all options.
Click the 'Advanced' button.
Under 'Log-file detail level', select all options.
Click the 'Tweaks' button.

Under 'Scanning Engine', select the following:
'Unload recognized processes during scanning.'
Under 'Cleaning Engine', select the following:
'Let Windows remove files in use after reboot.'
Click on 'Proceed' to save these Preferences.

Run the Ad-Aware scan and allow it to remove everything it finds and then REBOOT to allow it to finish.

Post a new hijackthislog.

Hi,

This is looking much better!

About New.Net, it is still present.
So let's use another uninstaller:

http://www.new.net/support/uninstall6_76.exe

Run it and REBOOT afterwards

After reboot...

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {82315A18-6CFB-44a7-BDFD-90E36537C252} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rgvex] C:\WINDOWS\rgvex.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mxrnd] C:\Program Files\Naucfyk\Bunlzyn.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [New.net Startup] rundll32 C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL,NewDotNetStartup -s
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

* Search and delete next folder:

C:\Program Files\Naucfyk

If you're having problems with deleting that folder, boot your system in Safe mode and try to delete it then.
°To get into the Safe mode as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key". Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

About your Norton, well, if the subscription is ended, I suggest you uninstall Norton and everything Symantec related. Reboot after uninstalling.
You can install a free virusscanner:

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner on your system! Several together can give problems and decreases the reliability of it seriously!

Post a new hijackthislog afterwards.
