cant install or remove programs

when try and remove program,a window pops up says setupexe is running and cant be closed or will lose info??When trying to install something window jumps up something about musicmatch,and bunch of humble jumbo?I think problem is musicmatch but cant uninstall it???Anyone have this problem before???Thanks millions guys!!!

when try and download something offline says not authorized???

Have you tried uninstalling from Safe Mode? Tap the F8 key while you are booting the computer. Select Safe Mode then try to uninstall.

Or try to use something like CCleaner.

Go to add/remove programs and try to uninstall musicmatch. if it doesn't work, then reboot the system and tap F8, logon in Safe Mode and try to uninstall musicmacth.

think gotter fixed,my antivirus was expired was keeping anything from being downloaded or deleted?Need to get good anti virus with spyware,whats one thats user friendly?Thanks

I have been using AVG Free Edition for a couple of years now and am very happy with it. I have seen members on this forum use Avast Home Edition , althought I have not used it.
