I had to do a system restore last night and haven't been able to connect to Internet since then. I've done all of the unplugging, swapping and rebooting that my Internet provider suggested. The HP rep said it's a provider issue. The wireless I have hooked up to it for my phone is working, just not able to connect on my desktop. I don't need/want wireless at this point so I just need my desktop to connect.
I've looked at other threads and I'm just not sure what to do.
I've run the ipconfig through cmd.exe and that is as far as my knowldge goes.
Help me please!
