Live enterprise suite virus help needed

Everytime I try to run a removal tool, I get the message "windows cannot access the specified device,path. you may not have permission. Does anyone know how to get by this? The virus must be pulling this up. When I X out of it the removal tool disappears

I had the same Prob nothing would run I found only http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm would run in safemode and removed Live enterprise suite...Before i let onecare restart after scan i installed MWB updated andquick scanned then restarted and scanned with MWB removesd left overs now its good to go......... :thumbsup:
