hi guys

i got a message lastnight on my laptop showing as "vista security centre" not protected and that i had to purchase the programme to sort it out.

i read before that this was malware, macafee recognised there was a trojan on my system and recommended i re-start and it would do a scan once loaded up

i re-booted and cant get online or open up audio or video files now. windows defender claims the system is "clean" yet macafee told me i had a trojan and will not let me load it up now to scan and remove the trojan

does this mean i have a trojan?

if so do i need to do a complete re-boot of my system or is there a way i can remove it.

im not able to download anything as it will not let me load up explore
