unwanted computer shutdown

i built a computer with 98 xp home. have few programs, macafee virus, firewall. the computer shuts down at any given time usually when a keystroke or with enter. hard drive was suspected and replaced, no change. new power supply,new board, new cpu,new 512 ram any ideas?

Do you have cooling fans? Are they blowing, including the one on the chip?
