I read the "How to remove the I-Q Manager or Copyright violation alert Ransomware" tutorial, but it won't let me do it, bacause my computer isn't showing my toolbar. I just have a blank background and then the popup. So I can't go through start and remove the software when I don't have my toolbar. Any suggestions on how to get the toolbar back or a different way to remove the virus? Help would be greatly appreciated.
