so yesterday my MFU list disappeared and i can't figure out how to get it back. all the options are checked for it to be displayed and the properties are set to display 9 programs...


does anyone know how to get it back?

Did you use a program like Ccleaner to clear temp files, recent history, etc..?

If so, you can't get it back. You can only use those programs again until they fill the list back up.

no, i have not used ANY programs of any kind. i turned off my computer on sunday with the list there and turned it on monday morning and it was gone. i made zero changes and downloaded zero programs

Well, like I said, you'll just have to use your programs and wait for the list to fill back up. :huh:

okay. i misunderstood. i have been using programs for the last 48 hours (most of them over and over and over again) and nothing will add. it used to recognise certain programs after only 1 loading...now it's been over 15 for a few programs and still nothing

I see....not really sure, then...

We'll wait for more input from other people, as I'm not sure of the cause (and don't have a Vista machine to mess around with). :huh:
